Gati co-opts independent director

Hyderabad-based logistics company, Gati, has co-opted Mr A.P.V.N. Sarma as an independent director on the board of the company effective from February 1, said a notice sent to BSE. With this appointment, the board of the company consists of eight independent directors, one promoter and executive director, and one executive director, the notice added.
