Global consultancy and IT services provider Mahindra Satyam has partnered with iPipeline, a specialist in providing innovative marketing, selling and processing solutions to the banking, financial services and insurance and markets.
As part of the partnership, Mahindra Satyam will position iPipelines customer relationship management (CRM) tools for financial services to banking and financial services clients in the Middle East, besides the Asia-Pacific and India markets.
“Mahindra Satyam has a strong focus in the banking and financial services sector and we plan to actively position iPipeline CRM for financial services to our customers and prospects in Middle East and Asia, especially those focusing on wealth management,” said Mahindra Satyam Senior Vice-President, APAC, India and MEA, Mr Rohit Gandhi.
“iPipeline’s solution supports the cultivation of lasting, profitable relationships between a company and its clients by integrating sales, marketing and front-line service within the organisation’s daily workflow. This process eliminates many of the common business issues that lead to poor customer service and missed sales opportunities,” he said.
“It also enables advisors to grow a relationship tree to favourably impact profitability metrics and increase revenue,” Mr Gandhi said.
iPipeline is committed to capturing business opportunities in the Asian insurance and financial services markets, said iPipeline Executive President EVP, AMS and CRM, Mr Andrea Evans.
“This partnership with Mahindra Satyam gives us an excellent opportunity to extend the deployment of our CRM for financial services solutions to a broad range of banks and financial services companies,” he said.
“Client loyalty is a primary driver for building assets under management and securing new customers. Our solution extends Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide a complete suite of financial services-specific features and functionality designed to successfully navigate a complex network of relationships.
“We are dedicated to supporting the demanding needs of Mahindra Satyam’s financial clients in the Middle East and Asia,” he said.
