Reliance Infrastructure said its Dahanu Thermal Power Station (DTPS) has been awarded the ISO 50001:2011 certification for energy management systems, commitment and endeavours in energy use and environment conservation.
RInfra said Bureau Veritas Certification carried out the audit of the energy management systems adopted by the power station for its operations.

Mr Lalit Jalan, Chief Executive Officer, RInfra, said, “It is a matter of great pride for us to receive ISO 50001:2011 certification for energy use and environment conservation. The certification will also help in the implementation of new energy-efficient technologies and management of energy resources.”
