On Thursday, Shell India filed a writ petition before the Bombay High Court challenging a transfer pricing order on alleged under-pricing of Rs 15,000 crore on the shares issued by the Indian unit to an overseas group entity, Shell Gas BV.
The matter is likely to come up for hearing on May 3, it is learnt.
