The Rubber Board will organise a five-day training in latex processing and quality control at the Rubber Training Institute, Kottayam during April 23-27.
The course content includes making of sheet rubber, crumb rubber, centrifuged latex and creamed latex; quality control and waste water management.
The fee for the training is Rs 1,250 (12.36 per cent service tax extra). SC/ST candidates are entitled to 50 per cent concession in fee.
