Monsanto India in a communication to the stock exchanges said that its board of directors on July 30, had accepted the resignation of Gyanendra Shukla, Managing Director, with effect from September 1, 2014. It has also approved the appointment of Shilpa Divekar Nirula as Managing Director from September 1.
