Bearish sentiment prevailed in pulses and pulse seeds amid slack demand and decline in buying support at higher rate with tur (Maharashtra) today in local mandis remaining stable at ₹9,100 a quintal, Tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹8,200.
Tur dal (sawa no.) was being quoted at ₹12,500-700, tur dal (full) at ₹12,000-700, while tur marka ruled at ₹13,000-700 a quintal.
Moong and its dal also traded lower with arrival outstripping demand. On Wednesday, moong (bold) went for ₹5,500, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹4,800. Moong dal (medium) fetched ₹5,900-6,100, moong dal (bold) ₹6,500-6,900, while moong mongar was at ₹6,500-6,800.
Urad (bold) was at ₹10,200, while urad (medium) declined to ₹9,500 (down Rs 5,00 from last week). Urad dal (medium) was being quoted at ₹12,900-13,000, urad dal (bold) ruled at ₹13,100-200, while urad mongar was quoted at ₹14,200-400.
