Selling pressure dissolves sugar bl-premium-article-image

Sugar market witnessed a bearish trend on Thursday on higher selling pressure. Prices at the Vashi wholesale market declined by ₹10-20 a quintal, while naka rates dropped by ₹30-50 on selling pressure. Maharashtra’s mills sold the commodity at ₹10-30 lower on slack bulk demand. Freight rates were steady. Arrivals to the Vashi market were at 50-52 truck loads and local dispatches too were at the same level. Naka delivery rates: S-grade ₹3,160-3,270 and M-grade ₹3,220-3,370.
