Sluggish trend in pulse seeds and pulses continued on weak physical demand and buying support at the higher rate, with tur (Maharashtra) today being quoted at ₹6,000 a quintal, while tur (Madhya Pradesh) ruled at ₹5,300-Rs 5,500. The decline in tur also dragged its dal with tur dal (sawa no.) today being quoted at ₹7,300-7,400, tur dal (full) at ₹7,600-7,800 a quintal, while tur mongar was quoted at ₹8,200-8,400 a quintal respectively.
Moong and urad also traded low on weak physical demand and buying support from the millers with moong (bold) quoted at ₹6,000-6,100 a quintal, while moong (medium) ruled at ₹5,100-5,300. Weak demand in moong also dragged its dal with moong dal (medium) today being quoted at ₹7,200-7,300, moong dal (bold) at ₹7,400-7,500, while moong mongar ruled at 7,800--7,900 a quintal.
Urad also declined on weak demand with urad (bold) quoted at ₹5,100-5,300, while urad (medium) ruled at ₹4,000-4,200 a quintal. Urad dal declined by ₹100, with urad dal (medium) today being quoted at ₹5,900-Rs 6,000, urad dal (bold) at ₹6,100-6,200, while urad mongar ruled at ₹7,000-7,100 a quintal respectively.
