Spices Board gets new Secretary

D Sathiyan, an IFS officer from the 1996 batch of the Assam- Meghalaya Cadre, has taken charge as Secretary of the Spices Board. He has served in various capacities in Meghalaya as well as under the Union Government. He has held office as Secretary, Bio-Diversity Board, State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) and Chief Conservator of Forests in Meghalaya.
