With need base volume edible oils market steady trend on Tuesday. On BCE, sunflower and rapeseed oil decline by ₹5and ₹10 each. All other were unchanged. During the day Emami sold about 1,000 tonnes palmolein at ₹720-722 up to 10 and 20 April. Resellers off loaded about 400 tonnes palmolein at ₹718 – ₹722 and 40 – 50 tonnes sunflower refined oil at ₹752-753 for ready-weekly. Demand for deshi oils were lacking said sources.

Liberty: Palmolein Ex Shapur ₹740 for 10 April and STC ₹735 for 10 -30 April, Super palmolein ₹765 for 10 April. Sunflower refined oil ₹790 for 10 April. Allana: Palmolein Ex JNPT ₹735 for March and Ex Khapoli ₹745 for April. Soyabean refined oil ₹775 for April and Sunflower refined oil ₹800 for March. Ruchi: Soya oil ₹778 for 5 April and sunflower refi.oil ₹773 for 5 April. Golden agri : Palmolein ex JNPT ₹726 for 30April and Ex STC ₹726 for 30 April. At Rajkot : groundnut oil Telia Tin decline to ₹1,280 (₹1,290) and Loose (10 kg) was steady at ₹800 (₹800). Malaysian crude palm oil, April -18 futures settled at MYR2,400 (MYR 2,405), May -18 ended at MYR 2,435 (MYR 2,437) and May-18 at MYR 2,431 (MYR 2,434).

On NCDEX: Soyabean refined oil April -18 decline to ₹775.60 (₹777.80) and May-18 dropped to ₹783.80 (₹785.10) till evening. On BCE spot rates (₹/10 kg) were: groundnut oil 845 (845), soya refined oil 765 (765), sunflower exp. ref. 705 (710), sunflower ref. 755 (760), rapeseed ref. oil 780 (790), rapeseed expeller ref. 750 (760), cottonseed ref. oil 760 (760) and Palmolein 720 (720).
