Mr M. Suresh Bhandary has assumed charge as Managing Director of Campco. Prior to this, Mr Bhandary was General Manager of Central Arecanut and Cocoa Marketing and Processing Cooperative (Campco) Ltd.
Mr Bhandary joined Campco as a mechanical engineer at Campco’s chocolate factory in 1986. He was promoted as Assistant General Manager of the chocolate factory in 2007 and General Manager of Campco in 2009.
Born on April 1 1963, Mr Bhandary hails from a family of agriculturists at Jodumarga village in Bantwal taluk of Dakshina Kannada district.
Campco is a multi-state cooperative dealing in procurement and marketing of arecanut, cocoa and rubber.
