The Tamil Nadu Agricultural University is organising a two-day training programme on ‘Value added products from Mango’ on May 21 and 22.
Training would be imparted on processing technologies such as mango beverages, mango concentrates, dehydrated mango products as also for obtaining licence for establishing fruit processing industry.
The varsity is charging a fee of Rs 1,000 towards this training. Interested candidates can contact the Professor and Head of the Post Harvest Technology Centre for further details.
