The auctioning for the 21 ready-to-produce coal blocks has been postponed to March 2. This is after the Delhi High Court asked the Government to look into the possibility of postponing the auction after a petition filed by Sarada Energy and Minerals Ltd.
The names of the qualified bidders will now be announced on March 2 with the auction process to be completed between March 4 to March 8, Coal Secretary, Anil Swarup, tweeted from his official account on Tuesday.
