Debt recovery tribunal to come up in Siliguri, West Bengal
New AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) proposed in West Bengal.
IIT proposed in Chhattisgarh.
Two IIMs proposed; one each in Odisha and Bihar.
Doubling of gas grid to benefit Eastern states as the existing National Gas Grid bypasses the region.
Three of the five major coal producing State viz, Wst Bengal, Odisha and Jharkhand, expect to benefit substantially from revision of coal royalties.
