State Bank of India (SBI) Chairperson Arundhati Bhattacharya on Tuesday said she does not believe Chinese economy will make a hard landing despite the recent turbulence of yuan devaluation and stock market slide in China.
"They (China) have enough resources to tackle the situation. Also their speed of response is fast," she said responding to queries on China's economy at an Assocham Foundation event in the capital.
In all probability, they will do this change (from being investment-led to consumption-led economy) without difficulty, she added.
