At the National Summit on HR Shared Services organised by the All India Management Association, HR experts stressed on the need for greater innovations to deal with new concepts revolving around employee, management and partnership perspectives.
“HR has become so dynamic that they have no option but to focus on strategic issues and build a centralised system through which they don’t spend so much time on the joining, relieving, payroll management etc, rather they focus on strategic issues impacting businesses and employees,” Pankaj Bansal, Co-Founder and CEO, People Strong HR Services.
HR experts also stressed on the need to leverage social media tools to engage employees and make crucial decisions such as hiring. Networking sites are already being tapped by a number of hirers to decide whether or not potential employees are apt for their organisations.
