Glendale Institute of Management Sciences has signed a memorandum of understanding with London Metropolitan University to collaborate for global business education. Under the agreement, Glendale will offer an honours course in business management and MBA programmes at its campus in Hyderabad based on the latter's curriculum. The courses will begin from 2012. The students will receive a London Met degree. In a press release, Mr Bashiruddin Babukhan, Chairman of Glendale, said they plan to introduce more programmes in collaboration. The students will benefit through visits by faculty from the UK university. Mr Mark Bickerton, Director, International Office of London Met, said the courses would be designed to prepare students for leadership responsibilities.
