A delegation from Hungary led by Mr Janos Hovari, Deputy State Secretary for Global Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, visited the Cochin Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was accompanied by the Hungarian Ambassador to India, Dr Janos Terenyi.
Other members included Mr Balazs Hidveghi, Deputy State Secretary of the Ministry of National Economy; Mr Szabolcs Takacs, Director-General of the Asia-Pacific Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Hungary; Mr Zsolt Pakozdy, Economic and Commercial Counsellor; and Ms Julia Bago Horvathne, Desk Officer – Ministry of National Economy, Hungary.
The purpose of the visit was to identify the potential areas of investment and also to discuss the bilateral issues between Hungary and India.
