Toll road development company, IRB Infrastructure Developers has posted a nine per cent rise in net profit at Rs 111 crore for the quarter-ended September 30 as against Rs 102 crore logged in the same period last year.
Total income rose 54 per cent to Rs 766 crore from Rs 499 crore.
Mr Virendra D Mhaiskar, Chairman and Managing Director, said, “We have been focusing on execution of under-construction projects. We have also seen around six per cent traffic growth in most of our projects which is a very healthy growth. These factors have helped to achieve robust growth on the portfolio on year over year basis.”
