The Karnataka Government is to announce a new policy on gaming and animation. This could be the country’s first such policy, according to Mr M.N. Vidyashankar, Principal Secretary, Department of IT, BT and S&T, DPAR (e-governance), Government of Karnataka.
The policy will be announced at the 14th edition of Bangalore IT.biz 2011, the annual information, communication and technology event of Karnataka Government to be held between October 18 and 20.
