Kerala has cut back out-patient (OP) ticket fees to Re 1, according to Mr V. S. Sivakumar, the new Minister for Health.
The OP ticket fees at Government-owned hospitals in the State was raised steeply to Rs 5 by the previous Government.
This is now sought to be reversed and the pricing scheme restored to the original, the Minister said here.
