Jet Airways began its air services between Kolkata-Aizawl-Guwahati from today even as many passengers were stranded in Kolkata, Aizawl and Guwahati as the Air India pilots strike entered the fifth day.
Jet Airways sources told PTI that the 68-seater ATR aircraft services would operate between Kolkata-Aizawl-Guwahati and Guwahati-Aizawl-Kolkata every day.
With the entry of Jet Airways in the lone Lengpui Airport near here, Mizoram now has the services of three airlines — Air India, Kingfisher and Jet Airways.
