The US aircraft-maker Boeing on Monday said it has appointed Ashmita Sethi as communications director for India.
She will lead the company’s media relations, acting as principal spokesperson for the company, Boeing said in release here.
Sethi was till recently British luxury car maker Rolls-Royce’s Vice President, communications and public affairs for the India region, it said.
Commenting on Sethi’s appointment, Boeing Company’s Vice President for International corporate communications Charlie Miller said, “Our relationship is growing on many levels and this appointment is a critical step in reinforcing our growing presence and commitment to India”.
“We are excited about building our team in India as we expand our strong alliances and collaborative partnerships,” he added.
