Two days after the Cabinet took a decision on permitting premium rescheduling for highways projects, Road Minister Oscar Fernandes told Business Line that he will speak on the issue only after the Finance Minister or Information Minister speaks on the issue.
Fernandes declined to share anything beyond, “a decision has been taken. I will speak only after the Finance Minister or Information Minister briefs the media on the issue.”
