Six airports of Gujarat will undergo major modernisation during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period at a total outlay of Rs. 322 crore, the Rajya Sabha was informed today.
These airports are Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Surat and Vadodara, K. C. Venugopal, Union Minister of State for Civil
Aviation informed Parimal Nathwani in the Upper House in response to a question on the subject.
Nathwani, Group President, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) and Rajya Sabha MP from Jharkhand, gave this information in a press release here on Thursday.
