The board of directors of Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) has been reconstituted with effect from April 1, 2015.
Chairman T Suvarna Raju has been re-designated as Chairman and Managing Director (CMD).
The revised structure consists of five whole-time directors, including CMD, two government nominee directors and seven independent directors.
The current position of Director-Human Resources is held by V M Chamola and that of Director-Finance by A K Mishra.
S Subrahmanyan, who was Managing Director (MiG Complex), is now Director-Operations. The position of Director Engineering and R&D will be filled up soon.
