The Railways is running a special train (Train No 07314/07313) between Hubli and Chennai via Yesvantpur (Bangalore).
According to a South Western Railway (SWR) press release, the special train runs from Hubli three days in a week (Sunday, Wednesday & Friday).
The train will depart Hubli at 8.20 pm and arrive at Yesvantpur at 5.15 am. It will depart from Yesvantpur at 5.30 am and arrive at Chennai Central at 11.55 am. The first service from Hubli commenced from September 2 and the last service is on November 30.
In the return direction, the train will depart from Chennai Central (Monday, Thursday and Saturday) at 2.10 pm and arrive at Yesvantpur at 9.35 pm. It will then depart from Yesvantpur at 9.55 pm and arrive at Hubli at 6.35 am, the next day.
The first service from Chennai commenced from September 3 and the last service from Chennai Central is on December 1.
