Private carrier Jet Airways has rejigged its loyalty programme offering members enhanced benefits including linking tier—points to the distance and frequency of travel as well as value of the ticket, the airline today said.
Tier—points and tier JPMiles required to qualify for the Blue Plus tier have been reduced, making it simpler and easier to move up the elite tiers, a release said.
The loyalty programme JetPrivilege currently offers five membership tiers—Blue, Blue Plus and Elite with Silver, Gold and the exclusive Platinum.
The new initiative allows JetPrivilege members to retain their existing tier level more easily, as well as progress faster through tier levels, the airline said.
“With the introduction of the new enhanced tier recognition programme, we have ensured that JetPrivilege members receive an enhanced full service flying experience every time they fly Jet Airways,” Jet Airways chief executive Cramer Ball said.
Along with Base JPMiles, Elite tier members now get rewarded with Tier Bonus JPMiles which have been further increased as part of the overall tier enhancements and benefits, it said, adding JetPrivilege now allows Platinum members lounge access at available domestic and international airports for the member and an accompanying guest as well.
