Jet Airways and Etihad Airways will offer 20-50 per cent discounts on flight bookings starting July 25 as part of a 72-hour scheme.
The offer is valid on both domestic and international flights operated by both airlines. This offer will be limited for tickets purchased in India, the companies said in a joint press statement.
Neerja Bhatia, Etihad Airways General Manager in India, said: "This partnership has many benefits - for our airlines, for the aviation sector, and for the economies we connect. However, it is our customers who will benefit the most with more choice, better connections and good value for money.
Neelu Singh, Chief Operating Officer of Ezeego1.com, said: “This offer will help the airlines attract a lot of customers during the busy travel periods for Diwali and New Year. This is also a great opportunity for travelers to plan their holidays in advance and save almost 30% on their entire holiday cost.”
Etihad became the first foreign airline to invest in an Indian carrier when it bought a 24 percent stake in Jet last year for around $330 million.
