The Jet Airwas pilots with the union the National Aviators Guild (NAG) will review their decision not to fly from April 1 only after getting a clear roadmap on salary payments.
Captain Karan Chopra, President, NAG, said: "While we are optimistic about the interim investment, unless we hear from the management about salary payments, we will stick to our decision to not fly from April 1.”
The pilots had decided last week to stop flying from April 1 after the company delayed salary payments for several months. The fresh funding of ₹1,500 crore from the lenders is expected to be used partly to pay staff salaries.
