The new and some rescheduled flights will be effective from March 1 except where indicated otherwise, the company said in a release. Sales for these flights opened on Wednesday.
The new flights are New Delhi-Ranchi-Patna-New Delhi. A third late evening flight on the New Delhi-Amritsar-New Delhi route and a second daily flight on the New Delhi-Srinagar-New Delhi route will be added from March 7.
The New Delhi-Guwahati-Imphal-Guwahati-New Delhi route will operate on all seven days. The New Delhi-Bhubaneswar flight IT 3349 has been re-scheduled; it will depart New Delhi at 7:10 am instead of 5:55 am. The New Delhi-Jaipur-New Delhi flights will also be re-scheduled.
Passengers who book and travel before April 10 will be eligible to receive free award tickets on certain conditions.
Fliers who buy three return flights on any route will get a return ticket to any domestic destination of their choice. Those who buy three return flights with Kingfisher Airlines and travel on Kingfisher First get one free domestic return ticket on Kingfisher First.
Those flying between February 11 and April 10 this year are eligible for the offer, while travel on the complimentary award ticket should be completed by July 31, the airline said.
Mr Manoj Chacko, Executive Vice-President – Commercial, Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, said, “The launch of the 11 new flights will further strengthen our domestic route network and offer guests more flight options. This is the fifth wave of launch of new flights since the onset of the winter 2010 schedule. Coupled with the compelling consumer offer that has just been launched, we expect to ramp up our market share even more.”
