Metro Link Express for Gandhinagar & Ahmedabad (MEGA), a special purpose vehicle floated by the Gujarat government, plans to offer consultancy services for metro rail projects globally.
The company plans to bid for contracts for consultancy services for metro rail projects across the globe, a company statement said.
The services that it will render include making detailed project reports (DPRs), conducting feasibility studies for metro projects and consulting assignments on aspects like design, planning and execution, the statement said.
The MEGA is a special purpose vehicle formed by the Gujarat state government, with an authorised capital of Rs 200 crore and an initial paid-up capital of Rs 10 crore.
Currently the company is engaged in executing the metro rail project between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
