Union Minister of State for Railways K Jaya Surya Prakash Reddy would flag off two new trains at the Kurnool City Railway Station tomorrow.
The two trains are Train No 17224 Kurnool City-Secunderabad Inter-City express (daily) and Train No 77696 Kurnool City-Nandyal DEMU Passenger (five days in a week).
Trains were announced in the Rail Budget — 2013, the South Central Railway said here today in a release.
The Inter-City express (Train No. 17223) would depart Secunderabad at 4.45 p.m. hours and reach Kurnool at 9.35 p.m. on the same day.
On return, Train No. 17224 would depart from Kurnool City at 6.05 a.m. and arrive at Secunderabad at 10.45 a.m.
