M V Ten Jo Maru, a Panamax vessel, has recently discharged 95,632 tonnes of coking coal at Paradip port’s central quay 1 offering average draught of 14.5 metres, the consignee being Usha Martin Group.
This was the largest ship ever to discharge the single largest parcel load at any of the port’s general cargo berth, the earlier best being 91.956 tonnes on February 21 this year, according to Paradip Port Trust sources.
