State-run JNPT on Wednesday said Sanjay Sethi has taken over as the chairman of JNPT, effective from January 3, 2019. An IAS officer of Maharashtra Cadre of the 1992 batch, Sethi was the Additional Municipal Commissioner (projects) for BMC, prior to this appointment.
