To clear the summer rush of passengers towards Mumbai, Railways will operate special trains from April 4. A press release by the Palakkad division of Southern Railway said here that train no. 01065 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Ernakulam special will leave Lokmanya Tilak at 4.55 p.m. on Wednesdays from April 4 to June 6 and will reach Ernakulam Junction at 9 p.m. on Thursdays. In the return direction, train no. 01066 Ernakulam-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus special will leave Ernakulam Junction at 11.30 p.m. on Thursdays from April 5 to June 7 and reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 5 a.m. on Saturdays.
The train no.01067 Lokmanya Tilak Terminus-Tirunelveli Special will leave Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 4.55 p.m. on Saturdays on Saturdays from April 7 to June 2, and will reach Tirunelveli at 5.05 a.m. on Mondays. In the return direction train no. 01068 Tirunelveli-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Special will leave Tirunelveli at 1 p.m. on Mondays from April 9 to June 4 and reach Lokmanya Tilak Terminus at 11.45 p.m. on Tuesday.
The train nos. 01067 and 01068 will have stoppages at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Khed, Chiplun, Ratnagiri, Kankavali, Kudal, Sawantawadi Road, Thivim, Madgaon, Karwar, Honnavar, Bhatkal, Mookambika Road Byndoor, Kundapur, Udupi, Mangalore Junction, Kasargod, Kanhangad, Payyannur, Kannur, Tellicherry, Vadagara, Kozhikode, Tirur, Kuttippuram, Shoranur, Thrissur, Aluva, Ernakulam Town, Kottayam, Tiruvalla, Chengannur, Kayamkulam, Kollam, Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, Neyyatinkara, Kulitturai, Eranael, Nagercoil Town and Valliyor.
