Kerala-based Sreeniketana Logistics, as part of its diversification plans, has begun to rent out ready-to-move-in workspaces.

The company has launched its first venture in Kochi city under the name Vistaara, by providing a 3,000 sq ft office space with 14 cabins of various types and work stations.

The company is providing work spaces from 80 sq ft to 120 sq ft which could be ideal for start-ups as well as seasoned entrepreneurs, S Giridhar, MD, Sreeniketana Logistics Ltd, said. According to him, this could be the first medium scale venture in such segment in the State. The space will have a number of common facilities such as centralised AC, Wi-Fi, in-house stationery store, conference hall etc.

“We have ample space for further development of another 15,000 sq ft in the same area which we would consider it in the next one year. The virtual office concept is fast gaining acceptance in the market as it is a cost-effective way to set up office spaces,” he said.

The company has also plans to set up a series of ready-to-move-in space in other cities.
