The railways has decided to run special trains between Nagpur to Pune and Mumbai to clear the extra rush of passengers during summer vacations.
Accordingly, train number 01029 Nagpur to Pune will run on every Friday between April 5 and June 28 (13 trips) and train number 01030 Pune-Nagpur will run on every Saturday between April 6 and June 29 (13 trips).
Nagpur-Pune train will leave at 11 a.m., reach Akola at 2.24 p.m., Bhusaval 4.30 p.m., Manmad 7 p.m., Ahmednagar 10.57 p.m. and arrive at Pune at 4.05 a.m. next day (Saturday).
Similarly Pune-Nagpur will leave at 5.20 a.m., arrive at Ahmednagar at 8.47 a.m., Manmad 12.35 p.m., Bhusaval 3.10 p.m., Akola 5 p.m., Badnera 6.35 p.m., Wardha 8.10 p.m. and Nagpur at 10 p.m. the same day, according to a release from Nagpur division of Central Railway.
The Central Railway will also run special trains from Nagpur to Mumbai between April 7 and June 23 on every Sunday (12 trips).
Accordingly, train number 01014 Nagpur to Mumbai will leave at 4.15 p.m. and reach Mumbai CST at 8.15 a.m. next day (Monday) via Badnera (7.35 p.m.), Akola ( 8.40 p.m.), Bhusaval (11.15 p.m.), Manmad (1.45 a.m.), Nashik Road (2.45 a.m.), Kalyan (6.50 a.m.), Thane (7.20 a.m.), Dadar (7.48 a.m.) and CST 8.15 a.m.
Train number 01013 Mumbai-Nagpur will depart at 12.20 a.m., arrive at Manmad 5.30 a.m., Jalgaon 7.13 a.m., Bhusaval 7.40 a.m., Akola 9.40 a.m., Badnera 11.20 a.m., Pulgaon 12.18 p.m. and reach Nagpur at 3 p.m. the same day.
The train will have one AC1-cum-AC2, one AC2, two AC3 and 12 sleeper along with five general second class coaches, the release added.
