Texmaco Rail & Engineering, an Adventz Group-company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with RZD International, an international division of Russian Railways, for collaboration across various domestic and international projects.
According to a stock market notification, the MoU has paved way for Russian Railways to work with an Indian partner in various projects of Indian Railways as well as for international projects.
While meetings between RZD International and Texmaco took place at Moscow (Russia), the MoU was signed on Friday during the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to India for the Annual India-Russia Bilateral Summit.
