The postgraduate department of Commerce at St Agnes College in Mangalore will conduct a conference on ‘Relevance of customer relationship management (CRM) to India' on March 14 and 15.
A press release said here that the aim of the conference is to create awareness of CRM and its practicability to industry and academia. Participants from different industries, research scholars and academicians from various parts of the country will take part in the conference.
Mr Allen C.A. Pereira, former Chairman and Managing Director of Bank of Maharashtra, will inaugurate the conference on March 14.
Mr G.G. Mohandas Prabhu, President of Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry, will be the chief guest at the valedictory session on March 15, the release added.
