The Janata Party President, Dr Subramanian Swamy, has said that he will challenge the order before the Supreme Court within a month.
Dr Swamy claimed that he has a “very strong case”, adding that he will fight the matter “till the end” and “emerge victorious in this war”.
Recalling that his earlier plea in a matter relating to the 2G case was dismissed by the Delhi High Court, he said, “I will appeal against this order in Supreme Court”.
“The (Special Court's) order is bad because the Judge has agreed that Chidambaram and A. Raja (the then Telecom Minister) had jointly decided to follow the 2001 policy of first-come first-served for selling spectrum,” he told reporters.
He termed the verdict as an “interim relief” to Mr Chidambaram.
