Thursday's high-level meeting called by Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh, to review the coal availability situation has been put off for the second time.
The reason for the postponement has been attributed to the non-availability of some of the key ministers who were to attend the meeting. A tentative date of June 7 has now been fixed, sources said.
