Intending to make college campuses free of ragging in the State right from the beginning of this academic year, the Tamil Nadu Police has created separate link for filing complaints of ragging or eve teasing, so as to attend to these cases immediately.
“Students will be informed that they can lodge complaints of ragging or eve teasing on the official Web site of the Tamil Nadu Police, >www.tnpolice.gov.in , where a separate link has been provided for this purpose without revealing their identity,” a statement from ADGP's Office (Law and Order) said.
An exclusive email ID >raggingcomplaints@gmail.com has also been created to lodge complaints from anywhere, it said. Academic year for colleges and schools across the State commenced from June 1.
