Polish firms keen on tie-ups

Polish companies may explore commercial coal mining, if conditions are conducive, and are eyeing tie-ups with Indian mining equipment makers. According to Marek Magierowski, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland, many Polish companies are now exploring beyond Europe in search of new opportunities and India features prominently amongst those destination. “If the conditions are right, there is a strong conviction to look at opportunities in India,” he told reporters on the sidelines of an interactive session organised by the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
