Dr R. Sai Kumar, Director of Maize Research, and Dr N. Shobha Rani, Principal Scientist at Directorate of Rice Research, have jointly won the fourth Prof. M.S. Swaminathan award.
The award was instituted by ICAR Retired Employees and Nuziveedu Seeds.
