As El Nino fears recede and hopes for better rains rise, crop protection maker Rallis India is gearing up to launch three new products, including one in the fungicide segment, this fiscal. The company had launched three products earlier this year. Its third product, an insecticide to control sucking pests in paddy, was launched here on Monday.
“In the pipeline are two insecticide and one fungicide for this year. These will be a mix of technologies sourced from overseas and developed in-house,” KR Venkatadri, chief operating officer, said.
