This is causing severe hardship to people and has affected the normal life. Movement of trains has also been affected with the railway authorities deciding not to operate several trains.
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister has appealed to the striking staff to return to work, but they continue to abstain from work in support of unified Andhra Pradesh.
