Technology needs to be embedded in the process of governance, the Competition Commission of India Chairman, Ashok Chawla, said on Wednesday.
"Earlier the factors of production used to be land, capital and labour. But now, technology has become the most critical factor of production," Chawla said.
He was speaking here at the 41st Skoch Summit on 'Transformative Governance'.
"All over the world, there is an increased focus on governance, its quality and what it can do to improve life of people," Chawla added.
