Allocation of funds for the major combined water scheme is a welcome announcement in the TN Budget, say industry sources.
Welcoming the announcement, A. Sakthivel, President, Tirupur Exporters’ Association, said allocation of funds for the water scheme to eight districts, including Tirupur, would improve the supply of drinking water in the district.
Among others, he hailed the State’s decision to unveil a special package to the MSME sector and noted that this would go a long way in giving the sector a boost.
